180 households will be able to take part in an electric car trail later in 2010 with each household driving an eletric vehice free of charge for three months. RAVC is a partner in the trial and Mitsubishi is the vehicle supplier. Cost of running the electric cars is thought to be less than running a petorl car if chargnig the electric car at home.
